Soft Uniflap for deburring of metallic works

Characteristics

• Deburring work with all shapes becomes easier by using flexible abrasive cloths with brush like slits that were specially developed for deburring.
• Deburring after pressing process can be done without removing protection tape that stuck on works, and there are no more secondary burrs.

Off-Set Sisal

Particularities

• By applying a proper one of the two types of polishing compounds, both coarse grinding and finishing can be done.
• A burn of welding can be removed at one shot since it cuts better than nylon non-woven cloth products.

Applications

• For finishing of general metal polishing or welding beat.
• Excellent substitute for a flexible sander.

Off-Set Felt

Particularities

• By applying a proper one of the two types of polishing compounds, both luster finish and mirror finish can be done.
• Spiral-shaped felt units easily fit to work surfaces. the units hold compound strongly so buff surfaces hard to get dry and hard.

Applications

• Excellent for final-finish after polishing by our "Off-Set Sisal"
• An ideal tool for mirror finish.

Cautions

• Use it under 12,000rpm, and make sure that the spinning direction of buff is correct.
• Do not use without applying polishing compound to buffs.
• When use, please wear protective tolls such as a helmet, safety shoes, goggles, a mask, and gloves for your safety.

How to use
STEP 1.

Polishing side (PINK)	Lustering side (PURPLE)

Polish with the PINK colored side until unevenness of the nail surfaces get smooth.
STEP 2.
Luster nails with the PURPLE-colored side.

• Thickness of nails varies among different individuals, so please be careful not to polish too much.

Chromium Oxide Type

The New felt buff is a new type of buff in which carefully selected chromium oxide and grease or aluminium and grease are impregnated. Unnecessary to use with buffing and polishing compounds as common buff does, therefore increases a working efficiency at the same time contribute to a cleaner working environment. The way of usage is exactly same as that of conventional felt buff. By using it for the usual polishing, you can get a high-grade luster operation. Especially, the elasticity and uniform thickness are suitable for a precision polishing.
